Someone asked what is on my mind. I refused to answer because the inner dwelling had not yet formed into words or pictures. Only later am I able to say:-
My mind is full of beautiful positivity that continuously grows in four directions, until my whole being shall be totally filled. All in preparation for my journey. Which is mine alone, though sometimes it momentarily brushes against other minds and we share a connectivity before moving on.

The Moving Finger writes; and, having writ, Moves on: nor all thy Piety nor Wit. Shall lure it back to cancel half a Line, Nor all thy Tears wash out a Word of it.
There is a season for everything. Sometimes it's rain, sometimes its rainbows, sometimes its cater pillars, sometimes its butterflies. Wishing you well on your journey, friend H. Love, cat.
Good to see you back Heron. Keep on writing blogs.
Many thanks for the poetical response Phil.
I did miss your comments Cat and I believe you know just how much xx
Thanks very much Dave.
Welcome back, Sir

Coffee is on
Thank you Rachel.
Okay!
I looked at it as it appeared on my screen and saw before me a beautiful butterfly. I hope that no one ever tries to fit what goes on in my mind to that map! I'm glad that you are back from your mental travels.
A. McLean said Fab to see you back!
Missed you mega.
Thank you Annie xx
I want what you’re on!!!
You were missed Heron - and I am pleased to welcome your return with its thoughtful post. I am not sure about my mind. You have made me think - sometimes it is clear, at peace and restful. Other times it is in turmoil. Can't even begin to sort it out.
Hello Mitchell !
It would be good to tell you about some gentle narcotics etc however, that would be a lie for nothing at all like that is going into my system. My only practice is transcendental meditation and breath work before going into dreamland each night.
Thank You Graham. Perhaps the beautiful butterfly was a personal gift for you alone. Such things happen to people now and then. My being seeks only inner peace, humour and understanding.
Hello Weaver many thanks for the interesting comments. I can only offer you ideas Pat; one is to write out your turmoils read and understand then burn the paper. Or have a bowl of water, put into it a handful of salt, place it on your lap and swirl it around with your hand. Next sit quietly, relax and speak out loud all that troubles you include the jumbled thoughts - they do not have to be a coherent statements. Then stop and visualise that the water has turned murky. Wait awhile as often other feelings may arise and need to be voiced. When you have finally finished pour the water into the toilet and flush away.
Welcome back
Thank you Hyppy.
